Storage Pricing

• New pricing $30 / $60 for 1/2, full storage
• Current Members grandfathered in to $30 for full storage
• TODO: implement price set in Civi
• Building new storage?

New CRM

• Moving away from CiviCRM
• CiviCRM Spark is being tested currently

Bylaws

• Brainstorm with Members
• Next major amendment by end of 1st quarter

Rules and Policies

• Couple of important additions are Strike Policy and Parking Passes
• Deadline to have complete: End of Q1

Board Member Roles and Responsibilities

• Standardize Board R&R's

501c3 Status!

• Harold will be finishing '22 taxes this month
• Bylaws need to be compliant

Member Conduct

• Board catches up on Member conduct.

Member strikes given

• The Board gave one Member two strikes on December 30th, 2022
  • Failure to comply with action amendments for violations originally raised in the Notice of Rules Violation email sent on November 26th, 2022.
  • Violation of Fat Cat Fab Lab's Code of Conduct
