Welcome to Fat Cat Fab Lab! </br>
# The signer (“Member”) agrees to a membership to Fat Cat Fab Lab, Inc. (“FCFL”). The FCFL membership will be renewed monthly from the initial day of dues payment at the same rate. To cancel FCFL membership renewal, Member must give 7 days notice by emailing info@fatcatfablab.org prior to the day of dues payment. Dues payments are non-refundable.

# As part of the FCFL membership, Member will have access to the FCFL property located at 224 West 4th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10014 Suite #250 (the “Lab”). Member access to the Lab begins upon Member signing of the Membership Terms and Waiver and upon initial membership dues payment. Upon cancelation, Member access to the Lab ends a month from the previous day of dues payment.

# If Member fails membership dues payment when it is due, FCFL is entitled to deny FCFL membership and Member access to the Lab.

# Member agrees to abide by the FCFL Membership Terms, Member [[Orientation and Responsibilities]], and FCFL [[Code of Conduct]] (the “Rules”). Failure to abide by FCFL Rules is, at the discretion of FCFL, grounds for immediate termination of Member’s membership and denial of Member access to the Lab without notice. FCFL reserves the right to make any changes to the Rules and will provide notice of changes to Member.
