Glad you asked! Fat Cat Fab Lab is a not-for-profit organization officially started in 2015. We have a Board of Directors composed of active and former FCFL members. The Board handles legal and financial-related tasks for FCFL like paying the rent and collecting member dues, and it pretty much stops there
