In consideration of the services of Fat Cat Fab Lab, its users of workshop spaces, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Fat Cat Fab Lab"), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Fat Cat Fab Lab of liability, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as described below with respect to Fat Cat Fab Lab activities, including but not limited to Fat Cat Fab Lab events, fundraising events, community outreach events, classes, practice and preparation for those classes and events, at any location including but not limited to any location where such event occurs or where equipment for those classes and/or events is. |
