NYC Taxes
  • Harold to look at portal to pay NYC taxes
Fire extinguishers
  • FCFL to research requirements and replace fire extinguishers
  • Wood shop fire safety needs to be addressed
Board Member Vacation
  • DC to take a 2-week vacation beginning after this meeting.
  • To be locked out of systems
Board Responsibilities
  • info@: All responsible for answering the info@ email inbox in a professional and timely manner.
  • Trello: Our task tracking tool could be used better.
  • Teachers who are Board Members: to offload time and effort by training new teachers (CNC and laser)
  • Always strive to teach Members / do tasks with Members alongside apprenticeship style.
  • Implement 2x per week standups
