  • Harold to take first pass at revising By-Laws to include director titles, roles & responsibilities, rough outline of yearly meetings and the things that should and should not be in the by laws as shared by Harold here: https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/nonprofit-bylaws.html
Harrison
  • Harrison has requested that Board considers him as member of the Board.
  • David to send email to Harrison to join next scheduled meeting for vote.
  • Todo: Formalize procedure for replacing Board Members mid-term
Bills
  • We are getting overdue notices for rent, yet we have proof of payment.
  • Harold and Joe Kim to resolve.
Non Profit
  • We need to provide budget in specified format for Non-Profit status application
  • Need to find a trusted profession
Makerfaire
  • We will have a booth at Maker Faire!
  • Kailyn is leading the project.
Fixes and Purchases
  • Ceiling lights
  • Ricoh printer fix - will reach out to Howard to fix.
