Makerfaire Updates Attending: Joe Kim.. (David Probably) Business Cards coming probably mid week Bylaws We went through edits and comments to the Bylaws, refining according to legal conventions and consolidating redundancies. No vote was taken in regards to codifying changes to the Bylaws. Damon to turn ‘suggested changes’ into comments to allow for easier reviewing and voting on Bylaws at the next board meeting. Non Profit updates Lawyers for the Arts needed some clarification on our financial statements which Harold and Joe Kim have handled. Finances - Harold had a question about a cash withdrawal from the bank account August 31st, which we believe was petty cash for an event. Operations: Joe Kim is looking at implementing Google’s digital signature platform (like DocuSign). Harold Morales showed an example of FCFLs other legal documentation in his DocuSign account.
