Bylaws
  • We have the clauses that:
    • When the membership body votes to remove a Board Member, their collective position will count as 40% Board voting power.
    • When the membership body votes to remove a Board Member, their collective position will count as 20% Board voting power.
    • For the Membership vote to count, 25% of Members must have participated in the voting procedure.
Member Misconduct
  • Private Board discussion of Member misconduct and usage of the space.
Vote on Formal Communication with 5 members

Board votes on decision to communicate formally on misconduct / use of space with 5 members in question OUTCOME: APPROVED
