Membership Terms

Welcome to Fat Cat Fab Lab! Please read these terms, the waiver, and carefully, then sign below.

1. The signer (“Member”) agrees to a Membership to Fat Cat Fab Lab, Inc. (“Fat Cat Fab Lab”) located at 224 West 4th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10014 Suite #206.
2. FCFL Membership will be automatically renewed monthly on the same day of the month as the initial dues payment and at the same rate. Dues payments are non-refundable. To cancel renewal of FCFL Membership, Member must email info@fatcatfablab.org at least 7 days notice prior to renewal due date.
3. FCFL Membership includes access to the property beginning upon Member payment of initial Membership dues and signing the Membership Terms and Waiver. Upon cancelation, Member access to the Lab ends a month from the previous successful Membership dues payment.
4. If Member fails to pay Membership dues on time, FCFL is entitled to deny FCFL membership and Member access to the Lab.
5. Member agrees to abide by the FCFL Membership Terms, Member Orientation and Responsibilities, Code of Conduct, and Rules and Policies (the “Rules”). Failure to abide by FCFL Rules is, at the discretion of FCFL, grounds for immediate termination of Member’s membership and denial of Member access to the Lab without notice or refund.
6. FCFL reserves the right to make changes to the Rules and will post notice of changes to Members in our standard communication channels. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand the Rules as they evolve.
