* Tools/resources must stay on the premises so that other members may use them. Removing tools/resources from the space without authorization from a member of the Board of Directors constitutes theft.
* The Board of Directors may authorize the temporary removal of a tool/resource for purposes relevant to organizational business, such as off-site promotional events such as Maker Faire.
* FCFL is not responsible for the care and maintenance of member loaned tools nor any damages that may occur.
